The School Nutrition and Healthy Environments project aims to help students gain healthy eating habits and create sustainable nutrition environments in schools. With this project, students will:
Research the relationship between nutrition and academic success,
Compare school nutrition policies of different countries,
Discover the importance of natural foods with applications such as "Farm to School",
Develop healthy menu suggestions for school canteens,
Produce digital outputs with Web 2.0 tools (Canva, Padlet, Mentimeter).
The project contributes to the "Healthy Individuals" (SDG 3) and "Quality Education" (SDG 4) targets of the Sustainable Development Goals.
PROJECT GOALS
To create healthy nutrition awareness among students.
To contribute to increasing healthy food options in school cafeterias.
To compare nutritional habits through intercultural collaboration.
To produce creative outputs by developing digital skills.
